The prep was super easy, and I love knowing that I don't have to do a thing with it for hours! Paired with some delicious yeast rolls this stew is a great winter dinner!

The best beef stew ever!! I loved the flavor and the fact that it doesn't have tomatoes in it. I've made it twice and will make again and again. So easy too!

Wow, this is probably the best beef stew I've ever tasted. It has an amazing flavor!

I would use more bbq and less dressing...maybe more broth for soup/sauce at end.

Added my own spices like season salt, oregano and a pinch of coriander and basil and a little extra bbq sauce for extra flavor. Love it!

Extremely flavorful and easy to make. Absolutely worth trying, and I would definitely make this again. Perfect for a cold weather day!

My family (especially my husband) thought it really tasted great. My hubby told me that it was the best stew I've ever made and that the vegetables took on a great flavor. I could only find a cut of beef that was a little over 2# so I doubled the recipe to have leftovers - which didn't last too long!

Very tasty! My family loved it. I added a little more broth and it needs some salt. Besides that...it was great! I plan on making this again.
