We use honey mustard dressing instead of the Grey Poupon--very good.

If you have a George Foreman grill you can cook it on that for a couple of minutes, no turning. Gives you the paninni look!

Made this along with Tomato Bisque for boyfriend and myself...we both loved it! A good spin on the classic Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. Very tasty, will be making this a regular. I substituted turkey lunch meat for the chicken because it's what we had on hand, turned out excellent. Next time I may try a couple strips of bacon on the sandwich!

it was easy to make and very good. I used spicy brown mustard and put the tomato between chicken and cheese so it wouldn't make bread soggy.

The combination of the cheese, tomatoe, honey mustard, and chicken (or any kind of deli meat) is so good! We make this quite often for lunch and sometimes for dinner. A definite hit in our family!

TASTY. Switched a couple things up, had swiss and hot mustard on one side and american cheese and miracle whip on the other side. Used fresh "french" bread sliced by the bakery with deli chicken and vine ripened tomato's. SO GOOD, I have had this 3x since!!
