If you have a George Foreman grill you can cook it on that for a couple of minutes, no turning. Gives you the paninni look!

Simple sandwich....won't use the tomatoes next time...they made the bread too soggy. Maybe a Colby Jack cheese next time too. Good with a chicken noodle soup to warm you up on a cold winter night. A good idea for the working Mom who gets home from work and has little energy left to make a more complicated dinner. Try this recipe before going through the drive thru.

Excellent! Quick, easy & delicious! I just bought medium-sliced deli chicken and used that instead.

it was gross with the grey poupon too strong! i would substitute the grey poupon out and i used munster cheese instead of yellow american
