This goes together quickly and is really flavorful. I added mushrooms to the sauce - great!

This is a keeper. I made this last night and the kids loved it. I did add the olive's that is in the extra part of this recipe. When everyone eats, licks their fingers and goes back for second's, mom scored a winner. I have picky kids, too.

yummy this recipe had my kitchen smelling soooo... good and it tasted great. We added krafts queso blanco cheese on top with parmesean and it was great

I made this recipe tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I'm changing to a much more healthy lifestyle and am constantly looking for recipes that are as tasty as high fat and high calorie dishes. This is very full of flavor and just hits the spot. I used a little bit more dressing, however it was light dressing so it was 15 calories/2 tbs. That cut a lot of calories out! Also, I used only 2 servings of frozen grilled chicken strips which were 100 calories per serving - made the recipe easier. I also used whole grain pasta (bought it by accident) which is about 30 calories less than the whole wheat (at least compared to what I saw at the store). This was such a great healthy recipe that didn't compromise on flavor a bit!

I am thrilled to find this top of the stove recipe! Also, for chicken thighs! We both love chicken thighs so this was excellent. I found this extremely easy to make, both my husband and I love it! Will definately make it again.

Just made this tonight for the first time and it was really good. The only thing I did different was I used boneless skinless chicken breast and sliced them thin. I also only used 1 red pepper instead of 2. I was afraid it wouldn't have enough tomato sauce, but it ended up being plenty. I used 1 can of organic diced tomatoes, and 1 can of organic tomato paste. Served with garlic bread. It was a quick and easy meal.

quick, fast, and in a hurry recipe...loved it and so did the family. hubby is a REEEEEEEEALLY picky eater (usually meat and tater boy) but he loved it too! will sooo fix again.

Would definitely have this again. My elderly father, who is as picky as a teenager, loved this. Definitely a keeper.

The red peppers in this dish were such a tasty compliment to the sauce and the chicken. I thought it was delicious for the amount of effort required.
