I used chicken breast cut into trips, and regular stewed tomatoes chopped up in the bowl with italian spices added. I left out the red peppers. It was a hit. My family ate it up and said "please make it again".

I used chicken breasts instead of the thighs. My family loved it! The flavors were great and it was very easy to put together! A great dish for company, as well! My family wants it to become a regular dish.

Oh my goodness! My teenage boys love this! I use 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a whole wheat corkscrew pasta. I double it and have plenty for after-school leftovers! A definite 10!!!

Italian food is not high on my husband's list of thing to eat, but he said he loved this one and would eat it again. At first he wasn't sure how it would all come togather but he was surprised. I used the whole grain spaghetti and I will use it again in more of my dishes.

Sooooo excellent! Delicious Italian that doesn't go to your hips! The flavor gives Olive Garden a run for its money, and with only 11 g of fat per serving, you can't beat it. We are making this one again and again.

It was fast, easy and delicious. My father (who does not generally like chicken) even gave it a "5".

We needed more salt on the meal and did not care too much for the flavor of the thighs with the pasta. Will make again with breasts and maybe add a little garlic salt.

This was really good. I used chicken breast tenders. We are learning to eat "lighter" and healthier. This is a good recipe to do this with. We can get our pasta fix even if it is musch less than we are used to.
