This was very good. I didn't think 1lb of chicken and 2 cups of veggies would be enough for our needs, so I altered the recipe a little. I used a 13"x9" inch pan, 2lbs of chicken, 4 cups veggies (peas, carrots, corn, broccoli), 1.5 cans soup, 6 oz cheese and, 1.5 sheets pastry. I was surprised there wasn't more seasoning in it--and we're big on seasoning--so i added LOTS of black pepper and 1 clove pressed garlic. I hate spending money on new recipes that turn out bad, but this was worth the money. The sauce was not runny like I was worried it would be. It was very filling. If making it again, I would be sure to melt the cheese in the frying pan. I only half-melted it before it went into the oven, and we got some bites that were just hunks of cheese.
