This is by far the most delicious and easiest chicken pot pie recipe I've ever used. I agree with several other users about the topping being a little "doughy", but it didn't ruin the dish for me.

This was very good! Everyone loved it. haha even though i forgot to add the soup! the puff pasty was a welcomed change from the norm.

I will definately make this again. Made the top layer a bit too thick, would cut the amount of phyllo dough in 1/2 next time. The whole family loved this recipe. Easy & delicious!

This is easy to make. I did make a change to it as I used EVOO to cook the chicken instead of the dressing. I also used canned diced potatoes in it to give it more texture. Where I couldn't find the pastry for this, I used pie crust for the top. Husband put this on his "A" list. I will make this one again.

I thought this was great and VERY easy. Makes you almost not want to tell anyone how easy it was. I only had a 8x8 pan, so next time I will cut the extra top and not fold it under. Folding it under made that section a little to "doughy".

Yum! I made this tonight. I also substituted the transfat filled puff-pastry w/a store bought pie crust. It tasted great!

For the person commenting about phyllo - that is NOT the same as puff pastry dough! I loved the dish and will make it again. can use any combination of veggies and soups for taht matter. be adventurous!
