We wasn't sure if the kids would enjoy this type of meal, but we fixed it anyway. It was a hit everyone loved it our 5 year old begged for more and our 17 month old ate her portion and then helped her daddy eat his. We will make this again in the future.
I thought it was good but too mushy. I thought of next time not cooking the stuffing mix and just mixing it dry with all the wet ingredients. I figure it should cook up fine while baking in the oven. I will experiment and see what happens.
My pork chops were nice and moist, but the stuffing was mushy. Also we thought it was to sweet. If I was to make this again, I'd cut the BBQ sauce and cranberry sauce by half (as others have suggested) and leave out the brown sugar. It was fast and easy, but the mushy, sweet stuffing was disappointing.
This recipe sounded different so I tried it and its pretty darn good. My husband is very hard to please but he liked it also. I couldn't find the whole cranberry sauce, so I tried the regular kind.
My family really enjoyed it. I have one very picky eater and he ate everything.
This recipe was very flavorful and easy. I am going to make it again this weekend because it has been a few months since I first tried it. I was worried because I couldn't find the recipe back so I am glad it is listed online.
My family really loved these. But, next time I will decrease the cranberry sauce and bbq sauce by 1/2 or more. They both took away from the stuffing mix. They are very easy too, which I love.
My husband loved this too. I agree with vuedriver and next time I will also decrease the cranberry sauce to only half a can. But it is definitely worth making again!
My husband really loved this recipe and I liked that it was so simple to make. I didn't think the cranberry & barbecue sauces would go well together, but they do!
Very easy and tasted great.
