This was fabulous. The cranberry/stuffing mixture on top was yummy and the chops were moist and tender. My chops were very thick ~ about 1 to 1-1/2" but they cooked in the 30 minutes. I've never made pork chops this good. My compliments to the chef! The only changes I made were: I brined the pork for about an hour in the frig and I didn't have the pork stuffing mix so I used chicken instead.
