Quick & easy to prepare. With most recipes, the chicken breasts become dry as they cook, but this came out of the oven moist and tasty. I mixed some of the salsa into the rice and it was good. This recipe will definitely become one of my "let's have this again" dishes.

My family loved this simple Chicken dish. The prep was a breeze. My family loves casseroles so next time I might pre-cook the chicken, shred it, and add all ingredients as listed and serve with mexican rice.

I needed a new chicken recipe and I chose this one. It was really good! I didn't measure the ingredients out, I just eyeballed them. I will make this again!

I've already made this recipe twice and loved it both times. The chicken comes out very tender and the flavors are Tex-Mex and delicious. I paired it with Spanish rice for a family meal - wonderful!

Pretty good...I added more of the topping items than it called for and I think it added more flavor. Also, I suggest using maybe at least a medium salsa for the extra flavor. I also think I'll 'pre-fry' the chicken a little in some flavoring. Good recipe though.
