This was pretty good. Didn't really like the texture of the manicotti itself though even though I cooked for an extra ten minutes. Might add some extra soup, cheese and water next time so all the manicotti will be completely submerged...

messy to prepare. It was okay, but I prefer to make the Italian version with beef and tomato sauce.

to add to my previous review, i also used cheddar cheese instead of the velveeta. didn't have it on hand at the time and it tasted great. next time i may even use mozzarella.

I made half the recipe for my husband and I, and it came out delicious! We're huge fans of cheesy manicotti, chicken, and broccoli. After putting everything in the baking pan, I realized the Velveeta/water/chickensoup mixture didn't cover everything well enough for it to be cooked thoroughly, so I added about 1/2c of water before putting on the foil and sticking it in the oven. The shells were soft enough and the chicken was perfect. No complaints! I am surprised my husband liked it so much.

This was so good! Our family is trying to eat healthier so I bought the low fat cream of chicken and Velveeta with 2% milk and it helped out a lot with the calories! This is very simple to make and it tastes so good! This was our Valentine's Day meal! I will make this again!

I have made this numerous times. I do add an extra can of soup and extra Velveeta cheese. Besides the broccoli, I like to add roasted red peppers. All my family and any friends I've made this for love it!

Been making this one for a couple years now. Great flavor and pretty easy. I always add a whole bag of broccoli and of course extra velveta!

Wow ! This was really easy and really good. I cubed the chicken and used about 20 ounces because the package of manictti shells contained 14. I also used an entire 16 ounce package of frozen broccolli florets. I used the 2% Velveeta and found that letting the dish sit for 5-10 minutes before serving improved the sauce. I have not used Velveeta in a long time but will keep it handy from now on.

My family loved this dish. But next time, I will make more sauce add some garlic and onion powder for extra flavor. The chicken cooked perfectly in the shells which turned out al dente. Has been added to our dinner meal rotation!
