The flavor of this dish was great but I had some issues with it. First, the sauce was extremely watery. I rechecked the recipe because I thought I had added too much water. Second (and this may just be the brand I used), the manicotti noodles expanded so much that all the chicken fell out when we served it. I'll definitely make it again adding more Velveeta and different noodles.

Delicious! I used chicken tenders(which I seasoned before stuffing into the pasta) and added a bit more velveeta and pepper to make a thicker and tastier sauce. Also a makes a great presentation for something that is so easy to put together.

My noodles were too crunchy on top! I couldn't even eat that part.

This was absolutely simple to make and REALLY good. Next time I am going to add some onion and bell pepper before I stuff the manicotti to add a little more flavor but really the recipe is great as is. Super yummy, even my husband liked it and he is hard to please!

Delicious and very easy. I added some garlic salt and pepper to the chicken before baking.

Very easy meal. Not much in prep time with the uncooked noodles. I used chicken tenders also. Worked great.

My boyfriend loved this. He said he felt like he was at a restaurant except it was better because he could go back for seconds. I don't know the first thing about cooking I feel like, but this was pretty simple to make. The hardest thing was just cutting up the chicken! I made sauteed vegetables with it, like in the picture - red pepper and zucchini (I also added onions). It was really good - might even add more of the velveeta cheese next time.

This manicotti was delicious! I used chicken breast tenderloins and it took no time at all to prepare. If you need a quick, impressive meal for a date or for pasta night, this is the ONE.
