I gave this recipe four stars with a few changes. First, I boiled the manicotti first before stuffing it, second, I seasoned the chicken with some salt and garlic powder, I also added some extra cubed Velveeta to the top before baking. With those changes this recipe was very good and I will make it again.

Not much flavor - very easy to prepare, however, didn't feel like the sauce was creamy enough. Not a keeper.

My husband loves this recipe and he wants to make it for his parents

It tasted bland, the manicotti was not as soft as I like and the sauce was not creamy enough. Not a keeper.

It was good, but I'd make a few changes next time. I think doubling the liquid is a good idea, as well as seasoning the chicken. It was a little bland and dry. I'll make it again, but with some changes.

I think this was a fun different recipe, it turns out looking impressive and tastes great.

My whole family loved this meal. There were no leftovers. I was able to run home and throw this recipe together and still have to time to help my five school age children do their homework, bath the baby and still have time to eat dinner at a reasonable time!

My whole family thought the meal was excellent, left overs didn't last. This was a quick prep dinner that I was able to make after work, while helping kids with homework..

We really liked this but I think next time I'll make a couple of changes. I did make the changes that others suggested, I doubled the sauce and seasoned the chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and pepper. I found it a little odd stuffing the uncooked manicotti with the raw chicken, I think next time I'll cook the manicotti a little because it was a little too hard for my taste and I may also cook the chicken a little before hand too. It seemed like the noodle got bigger and the chicken got smaller during cooking so cooking them first will avoid that. I did like not having to cook the chicken ahead though so maybe I'll give just cooking the noodles ahead a try!

When I read the recipe I thought that the chicken would be too bland so I added onion and garlic powder, chicken seasoning, and pepper. My family really likes this dish. I also think you could give it a mexican flare by using taco seasoning in the chicken and by adding chopped green chilies to the cheese sauce!
