I thought this was good but needed more spices. Next timeI will add some garlic and italian spices. It also needed more sauce.

Very easy to make and very tasty. I sauteed the mushrooms with a medium sized onion and 1 clove of garlic in a bit of olive oil. Also, I used jumbo shells instead of manicotti shells. Loved the flavor! Will be making this again!

I thought the manicotti filling was good, but could have definitely used some "zip", either from the addition of ground sausage or additional spices. The filling was overpowered by the spaghetti sauce. I also had higher hopes for the addition of mushrooms to the filling. I have used spinach before to stuff shells/manicotti, but never mushrooms. Though they did add bulk, they just didn't seem to bring much to the party. My husband didn't even notice they were in there until I told him.

This recipe was very tasty. Even my husband liked it. Was just wondering if anybody used a sauce besides spaghetti sauce. Maybe I used to much but I thought it took away from the flavor of the filling. Otherwise it was very good. Next time I'll have to try the ziplock bag to fill the manicotti.

I love this recipe. It was easy to make, but I sauteed the mushrooms in olive oil instead of cooking spray. Next time I make this, I will chop the mushrooms pieces up smaller as some of the caps don't fit into the Manicotti shell. This was a wonderful dinner that was healthy and not heavy on the belly. We had it for lunch today and it was just as good.

Great recipe and easy to make. Some next times for me would be adding water to dish so I don't have to cook the pasta. Cutting up the mushrooms smaller and using a baggy to pipe in the filling. And maybe adding some more flavors such as onion or italian seasoning.

Loved this recipe- I added another cup of water to the pan so I didn't have to cook the pasta first- I also put the filling in a lg ziplock and cut the tip off it to pipe the filling into the pasta
