so good. kind of a hassle to stuff... but worth the effort. i used jumbo shells instead, and left out the mushrooms. also, my husband requires meat in each meal, so i used a sauce with italian sausage in it.

Made this dish for my family tonight; it was wonderful; unfortunately, I didn't have leftovers since I'm sure it would have tasted even better tomorrow. Will definitely make this one a keeper!!!

I made a few changes like cooking the spinach with the garlic and mushrooms and added a little parmesan and mozzarella cheeses to the filling and used two whole eggs. Very tasty indeed.

I will make this tonight. Generally, I do not cook the manicotti but I make the dish ahead & the noodlesturn out fine after sitting in the sauce. Also, I use a cookie press to stuff the noodles, it takes no time and is less mess. Will let you know our results!

This was delicious. The only thing I did differently is used egg roll wrappers instead of manicotti shells. They don't have to be pre-cooked and taste wonderful. Just place some stuffing inside, roll up like an enchilada and place in pan with sauce. YUMMY!
