Pretty easy. Used a make shift icing bag (freezr storage bag) to fill the pasta.

Very good but I substitued more, used ww noodles, non-fat cottage cheese and 1% milk. No parmesan. I added oregano and fresh basil for more flavor. Wonderful and even less calories/fat! Easy to do and make one day ahead for easy after work meal.

This was easy and it passed my fussy "kid's test". I also cooked the spinach, garlic, and mushrooms to reduce the amount of moisture. We also used a mild alfredo sauce on top instead of the marinara - Thanks Kraft Foods!!

hard to put the stuffing in but I used a cake decorator tube.

This is my favorite Manicotti recipe. I'm not to fond of mushrooms, so I add onions instead and love it! I will make this over and over again.

My kids HATE spinach, they ate it all:) Good way to hide a good veggie. I think it would be better w/ fresh baby spinach.

This smells so good while it's cooking and tastes just as good when it's done. My only issue was that it took 12 manicotti not 14. Maybe I just overfilled them but that's the way I like 'em!

This was pretty good. Other reviews complained about it being too bland so I tweaked the recipe a little. I sauteed the thawed spinach with the mushroons and garlic to make sure all the liquid was drained. I also seasoned it with chicken bouillon granules and black pepper. I'd make this again using only half the spinach called for.
