Surprisingly flavorful and filling. I made this for a large group function and it was a hit. I also piped the filling and found that to be easier -- just make the hole in the ziploc bag big enough for mushroom pieces. Also, examine your manicotti shells closely -- some are larger than others which may require more filling if you have a specific # of servings in mind. Also those shells with a "corrugated" texture were difficult to fill without splitting (spooned or piped).

We are a huge pasta loving family and any new ideas are also welcome. This was a definite hit with everyone. Will make time and time again. Made with a green salad and garlic bread. Great Combination!

The family loved this one, even with spinach. Will probably try with the broccoli next time. Don't cook the noodles all the way; otherwise, they fall apart while stuffing with filling.

We made this tonight and thought it was great! I agree that cooking the mushrooms in some butter as well as adding more sauce is a good idea. I should have listened though when some said only to use half the spinach! Next time I definitely won't use as much, but I will for sure be making this again!

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. To make it easier, I put the filling in a ziploc and cut off the corner to stuff the manicotti - much easier!! Next time I'll probably use jumbo shells though.

It was very good! I used broccoli instead of spinach. We loved it. My husband even liked it and he doesn't like broccoli. Will make this agian.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I used the shells instead of the manicotti tubes because I was reading the responses about them being so difficult. The mushrooms and garlic really added a lot of taste to it. We made a mediterranean salad to go with it. We will definitely make this again.
