This recipe was DELICIOUS! Even my kids ate it! We LOVED the flavor of the mushrooms and the garlic. Very easy to make and also very inexpensive. My kind of meal.

Delicious! I used garlic powder instead of the minced garlic. I also cooked the mushrooms with a little bit of butter. I will also probably add more cheese on top next time. Some people made comments about using a bag to pipe the filling in, but I had an easier time just stuffing it in manually.

Hey, only 3 points per 1 manicotti on weight watchers! Pretty good for that!

We loved it. I had problems stuffing the filing into manicotti. Could we cook the shells while baking? I would make it again in spite of my problem.

Could use some more flavor. I don't like mushrooms so I used half a can of drained tomatoes instead.

This recipe is incredible! It tastes like something that came from Olive Garden. The only changes I made was I cooked the mushrooms in a litle bit of butter and I used jumbo shells - perfect!

We loved it, even my husband who is not a fan of spinach!

Very tasty! I sauteed the garlic and mushrooms in a bit of butter for more flavor. Used a ziploc bag to stuff shells- be sure to cut only a tiny corner off.
