This was very good but so hard to stuff the shells.

I cooked some ground turkey with red pepper flakes and italian seasoning and added that to the filling. I also used the whole jar of spaghetti sauce. Excellent meal!

This was fantastic. My kids even liked it. What a great way to get them to eat spinach. I added a cup of chopped chicken (from a whole deli chicken) to add some protein and extra flavor. I've already added the ingredients it to my grocery list!

For all of those who are having trouble filling the pasta - try using jumbo shells instead of manicotti tubes. Much easier to fill and kids love them.

This was a great recipe and very tasty! I found stuffing the shells to be hard, so I filled a ziplock bag with the spinach mixture and cut a small opening to fill the shells...it worked a lot better. I will definitely make this again.

This is very good. I will definitely make again. I used red peppers instead of mushrooms b/c my boyfriend hates them. Very tasty and it added some color in addition to the sauce which I used a bit more of that too. It was very hard getting the filling into the cooked noodles. Just about all of them broke and I ended up layering everything. So next time when I make it I will not pre-cook the noodles and cover the dish with foil and see how this turns out!

This was delicious. I took it to a dinner and everyone loved it! It was a little difficult to stuff the noodles, because some had fallen apart in the pan. I am working on a low carb version made with zucchini instead of noodles.

Delicious! I made this dish for my husband and neighbors. My husband usually won't eat dishes without a protein in them, I know, but he loved this one. Only problem is the shells were a little bit undercooked, I might cover with foil and add a bit of water next time I make it to see if I can soften them up some.
