My husband is picky and never interested in any meal that doesn't involve meat. He LOVED this recipe and so did my kids! This is in our regular rotation. It was easy, and we didn't have any leftovers!!!!

I left out the mushrooms.. and made a wine meat sauce to drizzle over the top.. it was delicious! I also brought the left overs in to work and shared with co-workers... they loved it!

I make this all the time, I love it... I just use regular ricotta cheese instead of the skim. I love love love mushrooms and spinach, so this is my favorite. I make my own sauce with lots of flavor and zest, completely rounds out this dish.

Delish! Two suggestions though -- sautee mushrooms and garlic in BUTTER and use Classico Tomato & Basil spaghetti sauce. This is a great recipe. Stuffing the shells are messy and a pain, but it is great.

Delicious! It is a little more time consuming than other recipes, but worth the effort. Tons of leftovers!

the spinach was very overwhelming and made it kind of bland.

This was fantastic. I halved it, but next time I'll make a whole batch. My hubby requested that we have enough for serious leftovers. (As it was, there was more than enough for leftovers for my lunch... two shells each is a hefty serving.) I did add more sauce than called for. Almost a whole jar for a halved recipe.
