Needs more spice I agree, maybe some five star seasoning and soy sauce. I added a few things browned onion and garlic, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and 1 cup chicken broth. I substituted the peanuts with cashews. I would make this meal again!
I love this dish, been making it for years. I use any kind of bagged stir-fry veggies, add extra broccoli and any other veggie I have on hand, either canned or fresh pineaple works great. I do cook the chicken first, remove it to cook the veggies, then stir the chicken back in. I also coat the chicken in corn starch first to thicken up the sauce. Put in the pineapple last, stir in enough Sriracha to make my eyes water, and top with peanuts. Everyone loves it!
This was a good stir fry. After reading the comments I tweaked the recipe a bit. T used a touch of seseme oil and a lot more hot sauce. T stir fried the chicken first then added the veg. Lots of sauce, lots of flavor. Kraft recipies rarly disappoint.
We loved this recipe. It is fast and easy. I used Sriracha hot chilli sauce and used more of it because we like spicy foods. Will definately make again.
This recipe has 3 things going for it. It was quick, easy, and good. Need I say more?
I loved how easy this recipe was, and I agree with others that extra hot sauce and crushed red pepper flakes are a must. I didn't defrost the frozen veggies before cooking and used light dressing and the sauce was rather water-y and bland, so we added more light dressing to each individual serving and that gave it much more flavor. Next time I will try cooking the chicken before the veggies and see if that makes a difference.
This tasted great and was very easy to make. I left out the pineapples and peanuts and used a bag of frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I used more hot sauce because I like my food spicy.
This will definitely be added to the rotation! I'm not a huge fan of Asian food (sauces, etc.) so this was the perfect chicken/veggie dish for me! My husband did say that it would be better with soy sauce or seasoning on the chicken.
Doubled the hot sauce that goes in with the chicken and added 2 teaspoons of hot sauce to the stir-fry itself. Still was not that spicy, but it was good Also, added soy sauce and little extra dressing to the stir-fry.
This was very tastety, I like the flavor and how easy it was to make.
