This sounds delicious. I might use fresh pineapple instead of canned.
This was good, and easy to make, but our family did not think it was at all spicy, even with extra hot pepper sauce and red pepper flakes. I used tabasco sauce; next time I will try to find something hotter--we like hot food.
great recipe, everyone always loves when i make it. definitely a favorite at our house. very easy to adjust for picky eaters... i always add a little more hot pepper sauce than the recipe suggests, it gives it more kick
