I doubled this recipe because I wanted to have the leftovers for lunch, but everyone loved it so much there were no leftovers!

I marinade two chicken breast ( one in italian dressing the other is chipotle marinade) I use a can of roasted tomatoes. I loved it!! Next time I am going to roast some pepper to add to it. Thanks \

i made this a couple of weekends ago and i thought it was quite tasty! it was a light stew with a hearty tasty and full feeling you get. i loved it on the cold winter nights. i added cheese to it the first time but after i did not...figure friendly lol, i would definatley make this again!

Good recipe! For the meat I used leftover rotisserie chicken and leftover meatloaf. I added 2 cups chicken broth and used Tuscan House Italian Dressing instead of Light House. I also served it with french fried onions on top. Very good.
