This dish was excellent, i did a few things different, like precooked the veggies because i like them soft. I used olive oil to cook the chicken in, and i didnt have ginger so i left it out, but it was really good i look forward to making and varying this dish again!!

This recipe is so easy to make, even for a oen person. I had all the ingredients, except the ginger and it still tasted great.

I made as per recipe, and it was fast, easy, and had decent flavor. I didn't think it was as flavorful as all of the reviews, though

This was so great. It took less than 30 minutes to complete and clean up. Semi-homemade. Tastes sweet and sour over white rice. Next time I will try it over brown rice.

I didn't have any garlic cloves or ginger, but thought I'd try it anyway. I substituted the garlic cloves with garlic powder (about 1/4 tsp because I'm not overly fond of garlic) and skipped the ginger altogether. It only took me about 20 minutes, total to whip up. I also threw about a 1/2 cup of instant rice into the pan right away to save time. It's wonderful!! I'm passing this on to my friends!

This is a Wonderful recipe, I made it as Low-fat as I could, took it to a Birthday Party, it was a tremendous hit, better then the actual "Birthday Cake". I added Blueberries, strawberries in between layers and blackberries.... VERY GOOD!! Making it again this weekend for my 7 year old's Mother's Day Recipe Project. Thanks Kraft.
