What You Need

cups fresh strawberries, divided

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/4

cup lemon juice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, finely chopped

Tbsp. butter, melted

Make It

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

I made this recipe but instead of crushed oreos, I used some brownies that I had in the freezer. It was really delicious! Makes a great dessert that seems "fancy" but is so easy!

My family thought this was great. I loved how easy it is to prepare. We doubled the amount of oreo's for the crust on the second time around.

I made this with a brownie crust & then topped it with meringue. I took this to a buffet dinner at the golf course & everyone raved about it.

This was a big hit with our pinochle friends, and the leftover keeps very well.. Will make this again and again...Yummmy

This was FABULOUS! My aunt made it for a family get together and it was so great I made it for my son's 1st birthday in addition to his cake. He prefered this! Very easy and tastes great!
