I really liked the recipe but made a couple of changes after I followed the recipe to the letter the first time. I found I like the strawberries crushed more so they would be incorporated into the filling so I used a hand blender to basically pulverize them. I also added about 2 TBS of sugar to make them a bit sweeter. I used a larger pan than the one in the recipe so I need more Oreos - could be I also like a heftier bottom layer too though.

Very Yummy!

I used raspberries in one and fresh peaches in another. Both were a hit. Only negative, you need to use at least twice as many oreos to get a crust that looks as thick as the one in the picture.

I made this for our annual backyard party in July. It was an instant hit and and so easy to make ahead to avoid last minute rush!

My granddaughter and I made this together. Seemed like not enough crust so we doubled that part. I didn't want to put berries on top so we put all of them inside and it worked great. Loved the flavor and it was a big hit!

I made it for a wedding shower at work and it certainly didn't last long! It was awesome.

A wonderfully cool treat. Very sweet and a little on the expensive side when you have to purchase all the ingredients but it's well worth it and sure to please any strawberry lovin' fan! When freezing leftovers it is easier to re-serve after thawing slightly. There's nothing I would change about this recipe! I do look forward to making it again!!

I got caught short on time, so this wasn't in the freezer long enough - it slumped into a swayback, really wide, lovely pink lump. The taste, however, was great! I'll do this again, might try with peaches instead of strawberries.
