What You Need

cups fresh strawberries, divided

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/4

cup lemon juice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, finely chopped

Tbsp. butter, melted

Make It

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

Even though they had to wait an eternity, my little demon nephews really loved this. Barely able to finish their dinner, they suddenly found room for seconds-- of dessert!

This was really good! Its great for a familt to make toghether, noo baking, just some freezing! The only flaw is that is was a little too sweet for my mom :-)

Great dessert! My husband loved it. I added all the whip topping in for an even lighter taste. It was great to eat frozen.

Excellent!! Made for my Aunt and family on our last get together/cousin's birthday celebration. Everyone loved it soooo much. They complimented on the taste and appearance. It is really simple to make and sooo delicious. I froze overnite and it was fine. Also forgot to add the butter to the oreos and so they fell apart a little bit but it was ok. Will definitely make again but maybe experiment with a different fruit like blueberries or raspberries.

I made this recipe recently and it was delicious. The only change I made is instead of using the chocolate oreos I used the golden yellow oreo and it was so delicious.

I made this on a whim for a 4th of July get-together, and people are STILL talking about it. It's just absolutely wonderful, and very easy to make. I'm making it again this weekend, actually.

I made two of these for a crowd on Memorial Day, and reduced calories by using light sweetened condensed milk, light cool whip, and low fat oreos. Everyone loved it, every bite was gone, and no one knew it was the light version. I will make this many times!
