What You Need

cups fresh strawberries, divided

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/4

cup lemon juice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, finely chopped

Tbsp. butter, melted

Make It

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

I made this recipe for 4th of July. All of the women at the family get together wanted to know where to get the recipe. It was a hit with everyone young and old. The video made it so easy to make. I told everyone about the GREAT KRAFT website and features. Just wanted to share with you.

This is easy and delicious! I made it the day before- easy prep- and added the remaining Cool Whip right before serving. I wsed Strawberry Cool Whip for more of a strawberry taste. My family loved it and it was gone within 5 minutes.

I just sent in a comment regarding the caloric information for this recipe. I just looked it up on your website and there it was. It would have been nice to provide the info in the magazine too ... or did I just miss it?
