What You Need

cups fresh strawberries, divided

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/4

cup lemon juice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, finely chopped

Tbsp. butter, melted

Make It

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

The larger loaf pan would work better. Crumble an extra Oreo over each slice for an extra yummy addition! Would definitely make it again.

I used about 1/2 cup more mashed strawberrys than the recipe called for,and,low fat sweetened condensed milk...It was delicious!

This was so good!! But it was left out of the freezer and was like soup!! So we just ate it with a spoon!! Yummy!!!

The cake was a strange consistency. Very hard to eat because it was frozen solid.

I made this cake for Father's Day because my dad loves strawberries! He couldn't get enough of it! It was easy to make and absolutley fantastic!

This is a great and easy recipe, however; living in Az it did not hold up at all, we had to eat it frozen, because the weather(114 degrees)!!!!!!!!!! is to hot in the summer. Too cold to eat in the winter. But the taste was delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!
