What You Need

cups fresh strawberries, divided

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/4

cup lemon juice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, finely chopped

Tbsp. butter, melted

Make It

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

I first made this dessert about 2 years ago, and I can say it's just as delicious as the picture! It's a cold, satisfying dessert that everyone in my family loves. I make it for family dinners and when I have company. You can make it and freeze it even days in advance, and it'll be ready when you want to enjoy! I love this!

Super easy, light (used low fat cookies and fat free sweetened condensed milk and cool whip), and refreshing. Looks impressive! The perfect summer dessert!

Every time I make this recipe, everyone LOVES IT! It's easy to make and it's Delicious, everyone always thinks it's strawberry ice cream :) I do however, always add more oreos then it calls for to make my crust thicker and that has been a hit, especially with the oreo lovers.

this was a great dessert. I'm not sure if maybe my loaf pan was larger than called for, but i used a lot more than 8 oreo cookies.

I have made this several times and always a winner. However, if you are allergic to berries, I tried fresh peaches..used vanilla wafers for crust..that was good as well..I love the original recipe..
