Absolutely delicious!!! I can't wait to make it again. It's on my list for 4th of July!! Takes awhile to soften enough to eat and cut. I agree it needs more than just 8 cookies. I also would like to experiment with other fruit, such as blueberries.

Everyone loved it. I also used more oreos for the crust. One tip..dont store back in freezer with berries on top. When we took it back out they were frozen solid and hard to eat.

WOW! What a great dessert! This was such a hit at my bar-b-q! I made it again for my bunko group and they ate it all!

i made this for a friend's cookout and it was a hit! everyone was asking me for the recipe and it was all eaten up within 15 minutes!!! it was rather easy and tasted delicious. i froze mine over night and it worked great. by the time i took it out, topped it off and transported it - it was still frozen yet easy enough to cut. thanks a bunch!

I served 2 Oreos with each serving for an added garnish and more chocolate flavor.

Made this for Memorial Weekend and it was a big hit!! I will definitely make this one again. Several ladies at our Memorial Weekend get together had seen it in the Kraft magazine and said they would also make it after I said how easy it was to do. Rita from Texas

I agree that it needs more than 8 oreos. Also, mine took WAY more than 6 hours to freeze and even after 9 hours it melted immediately when I put on a plate...???

I made this recipe for our Memorial Day Cookout and all I had to say is that my family devoured it. Now I have family members asking me if I can make another one for the 4th of July. My only suggestion is that to use 12 oreo cookies instead of 8 to make sure it covers the bottom of the dessert, not only that but the cookie definitely compliments the strawberry.

Excellent. Great for hot Summer BBQs. Everyone loved it. Would use twice as many Oreo cookies.
