What You Need

cups fresh strawberries, divided

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/4

cup lemon juice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, finely chopped

Tbsp. butter, melted

Make It

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

I made this for a memorial day picnic. Everyone raved about its light, cool and refreshing taste. I definitely will make this again!

I made this recipe last week for a family party and everyone LOVED it! They said it tasted like strawberry ice cream! It was really easy to make, and being able to make it ahead is a huge plus! Now I know what I am making for all those summer bbq's and picnics!

This is the easiest and BEST dessert I have ever made!!!!! My little girls made it with me and we had a blast making it!!!It was awesome!!!!

Making this for the 2nd time in one week...used fatfree coolwhip and condensed milk.even reduced fat oreos...... Today I am using strawberry cool whip. Had to double the amount of cookies. After the first time we had a slice and had I had leftovers,I sliced it up and wrapped it individually.. LOVE IT!
