Making this for the 2nd time in one week...used fatfree coolwhip and condensed milk.even reduced fat oreos...... Today I am using strawberry cool whip. Had to double the amount of cookies. After the first time we had a slice and had I had leftovers,I sliced it up and wrapped it individually.. LOVE IT!

This recipe is so deliciously cool and refreshing. The milk/strawberry mixture in the middle tastes like homemade strawberry ice cream. I really like frosting the cake with whipped cream right before serving instead of frosting it and serving it frozen, like the ice cream sandwich dessert recipe. This is a definite make again! We loved it.

I made it just for fun. It was very easy and quick. I left it in the freezer overnight. I did think it was too sweet though. Everybody else loved it. It also needed more oreos.

so easy and so good. my family and my company loved it. i had to use more oreos to make the crust and it seemed like i used a bit more cool whip in the mix. so refreshing and pretty. can't wait to try it with different fruit combinations.

I just got this recipe in the Kraft magazine, and made two for my son's teachers. It's true, this is very easy, and quick to make. Turns out very yummy, creamy, and light. No fail everytime! I can't wait to make more.

I just finished this and found it to be very easy. However, I definitely needed more cookies. I used 12 next time I am going to use 16. I also substituted French Vanilla instead of plain Whip. Next time I will use blueberries (not in season yet in this area! :()
