What You Need

cups fresh strawberries, divided

can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1/4

cup lemon juice

tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, finely chopped

Tbsp. butter, melted

Make It

LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mash 2 cups berries in large bowl. Add milk, juice and 2 cups COOL WHIP; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

MIX chopped cookies and butter; spoon over COOL WHIP mixture. Cover with ends of foil; gently press cookie mixture into COOL WHIP mixture. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

INVERT dessert onto plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP. Slice remaining berries; arrange over dessert.

This recpie was very good. It was easy to make but there wasn't enough oreos to cover the bottom. Next time I'll just have to use more.

I had a potluck at church, and had forgotten all about it, needed something affordable and I found this recipe, Couldn't get a better rating!!! I got my kids helping me chop the cookies, and it was fun.

Exccellent!!!! Made this for Easter and it went over so well I had none left! Everyone wanted the recipe and of courst I gave it to them. I also made in a pie form using a graham cracker crust instead of the oreos. Wonderful recipe to add to my recipe box.

I made this dessert as a surprise for an early Mother's Day for my Mother. It was a big hit. The presentation was great. The next time I will use the light condensed milk along with the light Cool Whip.

I loved this recipe even with strawberries "not in season". This was very easy and very good. I've recommended it to friends with the same reaction from them!
