I made this for a block party, and it was a hit! The presentation was great, and everyone kept commenting on how nice it looked. It was light and not too sweet, the only concern was how to keep it cool in a hot Summer day...!

I tried it for the first time with friends and family,(for honesty) and it was a hit, The moment it came out of the foil, children wowed it and could not take their eyes off of it, the flavor was superb and I could not even taste the lemon very much, which was great! Thanks for a quick and easy recipe!

If this looked as good as the picture when i made it i wouldnt be writting this comment. It was very involved took a lot of time and work for the foil to stick once frozen i found myself pealing off the foil before adding the final touches.

I made this recipe 2 times. The second time I used all lowfat ingredients when it came to the cool whip, sweetened condensed milk and the oreo cookies. It tasted great each time (couldn't tell the difference)and my co-workers loved it!

Good, but a little too much strawberry for most of my guests.

I'm not a huge fan of lemon desserts, and this definitely had a lemon feel to it. Good, but not my favorite!
