This is so easy to make. And 1 of those that would be great to take to a pot luck..i gave it to my daughter but her hubby don;t like strawberrys so she instead she used canned crushed pineapple ...still another great idea of the same recipe..

I would prefer drained pineapple instead of the strawberries----would keep bananas from turning dark also.

I love the idea of this recipe - pudding/cool whip pies are always a success. I would substitute fat free milk and fat free cool whip though to get the nutrition info in check. This could be a really healthy dessert!
