Oh My Goodness....This pie was awesome...I doubled the amount of crushed oreos. everyone loved it at work.

Excellent....very easy to make and everyone liked it! I Sifted out the pistacchio nuts before mixing in the cool whip and cookies. Also made my own oreo pie crust....always better than the pre-made. Added a few drops of peppermint oil into the melted chocolate for a hint more peppermint flavor.

I would add more oreos next time! I was also a little irritated making it because I live in a huge city and cannot find oreo pie shells if my life depended on it. One supermarket told me they only get them in around the holidays...

kraft has a great formula: cool whip, pudding and chocolate. this is a winning formula. my family has enjoyed the many different versions of it over the years. this recipe is no different.

Saw this in the kraft mag and made it for dessert with Easter dinner. So easy to make, and we loved it. It wasn't too sweet just the right amount of mint! Will definitely make again.
