I made this for my Dad's birthday. I made it as a cake. I used a lemon cake mix and added lemon pudding. I used sugar free/fat free pudding. I also used 1/3 less fat cream cheese, it was a great hit! I will be making this again!
These cupcakes were delicious. Everyone loved them, kids and adults. The icing was extraordinarily good and more then enough. Each cupcake had plenty of icing.
These cupcakes were great! When I make them again I will definitely not make as much icing as it calls for. I had way too much left over.
My daughter saw these on the cover & decided she wanted them for her bday party ( 8 11yr. olds) they all loved them! Frosting was delicious,but I too had ALOT left over.
These cupcakes are amazing! My husband loves lemon and only like it a little so I was nervous to try them. They turned out to have just the right amount of lemon for both of us. I've already give out the recipe to many friends who also fell in love with the yummy moist cupcakes that are super simple to make.
I made these cute cupcakes for Easter, everyone loved them. The icing is really lemony!
These were great! I only got 18 cupcakes. The frosting is yummy-really lemony-I had lots extra so next time I'd cut the frosting in half. Although it will be no hardship eating the leftovers!
my family went wild over these awesome cupcakes! filling! we ate them for breakfast and snacks!! yummy and moist!
these were great! i grated lemon peel with a microplane grater and added it to the frosting for a real lemony taste. my family loved these. the frosting could be used in other ways -- my family loves the lemonade girl scout cookies -- a shortbread with lemon frosting -- my husband suggested that we make our own shortbread & frost them with this... going to try it next time!
These are super yummy and very easy to make. I did add a little more lemon juice to the frosting because my family loves desserts with the citrus flavors. I will be making these again and again.
