This recipe was super easy. I added a little extra lemon juice to the icing for a little more tartness and lemon flavor.

If you love lemon, then amazing cupcakes are for you. This recipe combines my two loves: lemon and baked goods. So wonderful! Everyone raves about these when I take them to parties. They are easy, and there's lots of lemon frosting. What's not to love?

I made these for dessert following Easter dinner, and they were a hit! I think everyone ate two. If you want a more intense lemon flavor, add lemon zest to the frosting. Even with the zest the lemon flavor isn't overwhelming. These are delicious!

I made these for a work function and everyone loved them. They were a little nervous when I said they were lemon but they don't have a lemon kick. I wasn't sure about them the night before but I put them in the fridge overnight and they were perfect!
