I just made this recipe. It was tasty! I used Oscar Meyer Southwestern chicken strips. I found them at Wal-mart. They have a little Southwestern kick to them so, they didn't require seasoning. I added cheese inside the tortillas before putting them in the oven. I topped w/ sour cream, the tomatoes, & lettuce after taking them out & added refried beans as a side...yum!

These were okay, at best. The insides were too bland for my family's liking, even after I added diced tomato and extra cheese.

This is so easy and tastes great! I added a little bit of queso to the chicken and salsa for an extra kick. Yum! Perfect for a good, quick weeknight dinner.

Yumm. I didn't have any problems with the tortillas, and I just added salsa till it looked good and it was delicious. I added half a can of diced green chilies for extra heat, my husband loved the recipe I will definitely make it again... So easy!

ok. Need to add more salsa and cheese, the tortillas got too crispy.

My husband raved about this when I made it and he's a very picky eater. I used fresh salsa from our produce section instead of the bottled. It's good as a garnish but I think texture-wise bottled is a better ingredient. Definitely worth a try!

I made these roll ups with a few variations. I mixed my shredded chicken, salsa, mozz and cheddar shredded cheese all together, then topped the tortillas with the mixture. Then I topped the rollups with shredded cheddar cheese.
