This recipe was so easy to make and it turned out delicious! I took the easy way out and used precooked chicken. I cut it up into really small bits to make it easier to put inside the tortillas. I also put extra cheese inside the tortillas before I rolled them up. My fiance loved them and now my mom wants me to make them for her!

We wanted something different for lunch, so my husband and I gave this a try. I used some left-over chicken I had. A simple yet satisfying meal in just minutes.

These were so easy and good. I used chicken from a can which made it easier, and my husband (who would have freaked about the canned chicken)had no idea. We topped with homemade salsa and other fixens.

Made this for dinner one night.. took less than 30 minutes to make. I actually used the "fajita" seasoning mix..threw in some cut up peppers and onions..and mixed it all together, and then shredded the chicken.. and followed the rest of the recipe.. it was pretty good, my husband said it was better than taco bell! I shredded the chicken and tossed it with all the ingredients to stuff the tortillas to make filling and folding them faster (instead of layering every one). I added extra salsa to make sure all of the chicken was coated with flavor and also added a can of black beans and a chopped poblano pepper to bumb up the nutrition. Easy to play around with ingredients depending on what you have on hand. Great results with not much effort. Thumbs up!
