Loved this recipe. Very quick, tasty, and enough for leftovers. I did add pepper and salt while the chicken was cooking. I did not add any cooking spray to the pan...I had the pan medium hot before adding the chicken. It worked perfect because they got brown on both sides and then simmered perfectly with the sauce. At the end I did turn the heat off and vent the lid to allow the sauce to somewhat thicken. Yummy!
