Super easy and yummy---the dough was still too stiff for my electric hand mixer-I added a 3rd egg-and that helped for the most part. These are almost brownie like! A hit!

I made this with the instructions in the magazine, using only 1 egg. The cookies were OK right out of the oven, but within two hours they were as hard as rocks. I will try again with 2 eggs and maybe sub butter for 1/2 cream cheese.

But my husband and I found it did not have enough liquid. We added another egg like you did, plus a whole package cream cheese instead of just half, 1 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup milk. You probably would be okay with the recipe with just adding 1/2 c milk. Anyway it is a good recipe it just needs more liquid to make cookie less crumbly.

Excellent tasting cookie. Easy to make except for dough is hard to mix. Used KitchenAid mixer, worked well with this kind of mixer. Very yummy for someone who likes a little bit of peanut butter mixed with chocolate.

After I put all the ingredients in a large bowl, I found it very hard to mix. My mixture started to slow down. I thought it was going to burn up. So I added 1/4 cup of water and mixed it by hand. My children said they were good, so I will make them again.
