Everyone LOVED these cookies, even the daughter who is just starting to tolerate peanut butter flavors went back for more.

Dough was a little too thick for the mixer, so I used my hands. Pretty good taste, but not peanut buttery enough for my taste. Very soft and chewy, I will make again and experiment with more p-butter.

Using the recipe on the web site, cookies came out soft and chewy, although I substituted 1/2 stick butter for the cream cheese since my husband doesn't like cream cheese. I also used chunky PB and recommend that because the nuts are almost the only PB flavor. This is definitely a chocolate cookie, not a PB cookie. May want to add a little more PB next time. I'll make them again.

The ease of this recipe attracted my attention but in the end I was not thrilled with the cookies. I added a bit more peanut butter, the extra egg, and had to add a little water. The dough was way too thick, my mixer was about to burn up. I expected the cookies to have more flavor.

I'm glad to see they have added an extra egg to the recipe. I made it with just the original 1 egg version and the cookies were VERY dry. My son (13) and husband are big peanut butter fans which is why I made the cookies. They said they were good, but they definitely had to have milk to dunk them in and they thought they could also use more peanut butter flavor. Sugar doesn't stick to the fork, just make the hatch marks and then sprinkle on sugar by hand. Still quite a bit of work for a mediocre cookie.

YUCK not soft, not chewy and the next day they were hard as rocks!

This was really easy to make, and they came out good! When I was making the batter, I wasn't sure if I had the consistency right, so I added extra cream cheese. It turned out that I had it right to start with (kind of crumbly in appearance but rolled into balls nicely) and did not need any additional ingredients. Also, I cooked them about 12 minutes.
