I added 8oz cream cheese and 2 eggs to the recipe. The cookies are very light and fluffy and very good.

I have a lot of recipes that are way better than this! Would not make again.

I followed previous reviews and added 2 eggs, 2 tbsp oil and lightly spayed the cookie sheets. I had no problems and they turned out great. I gave the first batch as a gift so I will be making these again.

3 stars for average cookie. Took advice and used 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons oil. Wasn't very chewy but cakey (as expected since it's from a cake mix) and there was hardly any peanut butter flavor. I used extra crunchy peanut butter - which saves time from chopping peanuts - and the extra texture definitely helped. Great cookie in a pinch and I would make again but not good enough to give away

Very good recipe! I added the second egg and 1-2 tbsp oil to the batter to make it easier to mix.

Dough was powder before adding another egg and 2 Tbsp. of oil. I also sprayed pan so the cookies would not stick. We loved the end result and will certainly bake these in the future!

Thanks for the tip . . . my version also turned out very crumbly and the first few I baked were very dry. Adding an egg helped . . . though I needed to go to a full 8 minutes of baking. Also, I found the first few stuck to my pan, so I did go ahead and spray the pans for later batches. Next time I may add some mini chocolate chips to make them even more chocolaty.

I added another egg because the dough was too dry. (Perhaps that is a misprint?) They then came out great; I didn't even have to adjust the cooking time. I also added the chopped peanuts.
