my husband absolutely loved these! and they were so easy to make. will def be making these again.
Great recipe!!! I added a miniture peanut butter cup to the top after they baked!! Big hit!
Dry, crumbly, even with the addition of a second egg.
I made these cookies and while on the cooling rack they kept on disappering. Moist and soft. They are delicious. I will have to make another batch in a couple of days since I dont think these will last.
Oh my gosh, these cookies are soo good. I saw the recipe online and decided to give them a try. The "Soft" in the title is what got me because i love soft, moist cookies and refuse to eat a hard one. These cookies were true to their name, and our now mine and my boyfriends favorite cookie. Thanks Kraft, they were delicious!
I used only two eggs and didn't have a problem with the dough, though it did take longer to mix than the directions stated. I molded these into heart shapes for Valentine's Day and dusted them with powdered sugar; everyone liked them a lot, but they're definitely better after they've cooled rather than straight out of the oven.
The hand mixer is not heavy duty enough for this recipe even with the 3 eggs. I finished mixing by hand. The dough was a little tacky to use the fork, so I dipped my fingers in the sugar and pressed lightly. Very tasty, will make again.
My kids & Mom & husband all love these cookies! I put 8oz of cream cheese in because it was not moist enough to form a ball.
The cookies were really good, very quick and easy to make. However you need to add 3 eggs for the dough to turn into a ball. Otherwise you'll just end up with a crumbly mixture.
I mixed all the ingredients and got nothing but a dry crumbly mess. I add some oil and water and got a very sticky batter. I baked them anyway and they came out more cake like, than cookie like. The taste is disappointing, I didn't taste much of the PB. Very much a let-down.
