Husband and kids LOVED these -- just like potato skins without the work. We like them served with sour cream. I make these often.

Not only are they great tasting and a nice presentation - they are FUN to make! (the smashing, of course) I followed the recipe exactly, and everyone enjoyed them and was so impressed. I wouldn't change a thing and definitely recommend these as a dinner side.

My grocery store didn't sell new potatoes, so I bought small red ones instead. I also used more italian dressing.(I just love the flavor!) I cooked the potatoes for 10 minutes and the middles weren't quite done. But all in all, they were yummy. My husband especially loved them! Nice to have something different than plain ol mashed potatoes

Excellent. A cross between potato skins and loaded potatoes. I used Yukon gold potatoes that have a buttery flavor and topped it with sour cream. Yummy.

I've made these wonderful potatoes many times since I saw the recipe. we just plain love them. i even served them to guest's and got raves and of course doled over the recipe. they are easy and GREAT.
