Very good basic recipe. I added more soy sauce in my batch and was very impressed with how flavorful this simple dish was. I will definitely make this again, perhaps with shrimp or chicken.

This was an amazingly easy and tasty dish. The prep really takes longer than the cooking process, but it so worth it. My whole family loved it. Parents, 4 year old son, and my hubby! Its now part of our meal rotation.

I was VERY surprised at the final result! When I saw barbecue sauce, I wasn't too sure - I mean - this IS Asian food, right? It came out extremely tasty =) The only thing I might change - I'll probably add a little more soy sauce next time. I like my pepper steak to have a very salty kick to it.

This recipe was quick and easy. My whole family enjoyed. I did use chicken instead of beef because its lower in calories and higher in protein.

At first glance, I thought the bbq/soy sauce mix was odd. But this recipe suprised me! It was delicious, easy to make, and a wonderful value! I had enough to serve me and my husband, and I took the leftovers to work to feed an office of four! My co-workers enjoyed it so much that they asked for the recipe, and one lady made it that night for her family. This meal is going into my regular menu planning!

AWESOME!!!! This recipe is yummy. I substituted 2 carrots sliced into ribbons for the green pepper and used more than 1/2 C BBQ sauce. And my kids hate brown rice so I made thin spaghetti instead. Next time I will serve in grinder rolls!!!!

EXCELLENT!!! My family is still raving. I did add crushed red pepper, as well as some left over zucchini. Had no leftovers!!
