I thought it was ok but I'm not a big fan of warm tuna, but the family seemed to like it or thought it was ok. I followed the recipe exact and found it quite difficult flipping the cakes over without making a big mess in the frying pan. Did anyone else have this problem? I would like the try these again....maybe refridgerate the mixture longer and maybe baking them instead.

This was very good.. couple of changes.. Instead of using water I used the tuna juice.. omitted carrot and added green onion. Also did not add pickle relish because I did not have any. I added some old bay seasoning, dill and a beaten egg. I baked these in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes on each side. Came out crispy and yummy!

OMG This was awesome! My 10 year old and 3 year old ate it up! I told them they were crabby patties ( you know like what the cartoon spounge bob )I couldnt believe how simple they were to make. The only thing different I will do next time is make it in the morning and put in the frige all day. Makes for a faster dinner.
