Our son loved it and our girls trashed it. However it is budget wise.

This was a delicious and cheap meal to make! It didn't take much time. The only difference was that I added egg to the mixture so they wouldn't fall apart when in the skillet. I recommend shaping them into a patty and flattening with a spatula to ensure that everything stays together because it can get messy!

Use horseradish as dipping sauce or cajun seasoning to sprinkle on top!

THIS WAS Awesome!!! I used 6 oz fresh chopped lobster meat and a 6 oz can of crab meat and they were to die for!!!! I would advise that you shape them into patties to begin with (rather than a ball and "gently" smooshing them down) because they did crack sometimes.

My husband loved these. He couldn't stop talking about them. I am not a big fan of tuna, so I thought they were just okay.

These are so good. The only things I changed is I make half the recipe(makes 4 cakes), I don't add the shredded carrot, and I add whatever kind of shredded cheese I have on hand. I make thses all the time. I even made these on our family vacation last summer. Everyone loved them and asked for the recipe.

So easy! So quick! We left out the carrots. Made 6 large cakes. Even the 4 and 5 year olds loved them.

It was ok.I am not sure if I would make them again. I know my mom loved them! It was salty.I am not allow to have too much salt. You get plenty of servings. And its great to make ahead of time.
